All of this was thanks to an inspiring man who hired and gave me a chance when nobody else was willing to bet on a young engineer from the countryside. By offering me a job, he also gave me a chance in life to earn decent money and get out of the depression and bad habits which became my daily routine. This and other experiences in my career helped to build a resilient and successful mindset which I used to drive my career to heights I never expected to achieve considering the disastrous beginning.
