I informed the customer that the vehicle was not road worthy and it was not worth the work he was asking us to do. Funny part is he brought it back 2 weeks later and tried to get 2 tires put on. It was honestly at this moment that I understood why some states have mandatory vehicle inspections! Minnesota (where I live) does not. This was over 20 years ago now and I still remember it like it was yesterday.
