I felt some strange man-on man-tension between both my husband and my friend’s husband when we arrived but I was going to address it with my husband when we retired to bed. Strange because they had much in common and had gotten along well at small parties we held before. After that outburst my husband said he could not stay in their house and we had to leave. He was especially insulted that I was called out for inadvertently walking into a screen door. We left. My friend was crying trying to get us to stay. My friend’s husband kinda said he was sorry (put up to that by his new wife).
