If, on a regular basis, a principal feels the need to determine if his teacher is lying, either the teacher or the principal is in the wrong career. Students sometimes lie to get out of trouble. The teacher needs to have authority in his/her class. If the principal feels the need to question each case of discipline coming to his office, he should get a job as a food inspector or an assembly-line quality control worker. On the other hand if a teacher is a chronic liar he/she should be fired.
