As nurses we see people with their clothes off all the time, nudity in the context of work doesn't really make us uncomfortable. What does make me uncomfortable is when I have a patient lying in bed on their stomach and they pass gas. I'm always afraid I will get something on me. I give IVs, insert foley catheters, remove various kinds of body fluids from various kinds of tubes, and change dressings on wounds that are necrotic and/or infected, none of that bothers me.
