I once had a student’s parent tell me I was lying because he believed his son. I repeated that I had been sitting a few feet away, watched and heard the whole thing unfold because his son’s seat was right in front of mine. He crawled over his desk to put his hands around the other child’s neck and I made him get off then sent him to the office.
