Of you recorded it to make fun of the teacher, the teacher can take whatever action is allowed by the school. If you recorded it to give her as evidence, that is different. But what bothers me is that teachers should have to take this kind of abuse. They are underpaid and trying to help you succeed in life and this is how you thank them.
