I handed him my credit card and got told I could not purchase by credit card and was offered financing. I said no to financing, here’s my card, I most certainly CAN pay for it by credit card. Just call the card company. New Manager said no and I explained that it didn’t matter what he said because my contract stated I was paying by credit card and if he didn’t wish a lawsuit for breach of contract, then run the card already.
