I get a salary, I don’t get overtime when I work overtime, and I work every day I have to to complete my job. Some days that is zero hours, some days it is 6 hours, and some days it is 16 hours. Sometimes I go in on Saturday to put stuff into the computer. Sometimes I go in on Sunday to do something important for my Monday classes. That’s how it is for ALL salaried workers.
