Usually kids love to hear that, but I didn’t. I was already young for my grade, having started school in a different state, but being in Driver’s Ed as a 13 year old 9th grader just seemed silly to me. Driver’s Ed was a class that was taken usually by Juniors and Seniors in high school, or at least those who have already reached their 16th birthday and were ready to drive. Needless to say, that was not me. My mom called the school and tried to get my schedule changed.
