In this case it was what I told to my family. This took place when I was in year 8 I believe and my gym teacher got us to place our hands on these stairs in the gym (it’s three rows and they are big enough that if you sat with your legs crossed and had your back against the wall then another person can sit in front of you). I was up with the boys (I’m a girl, just in case there is confusion.) and the rest of the girls were down on the right side of the stairs. He had us place our hands on the second row and lean.
