After some discussion, the teacher explained that my 6-year-old daughter had told her she went home daily to an empty home except for her and the dog as my wife dod not get out of work for several hours, My wife then explained she was not working outside the home and was home daily with rare exception in which case the neighbor would watch my daughter.
