I once sold a used cell phone, a demo phone actually. next day they were frantic to meet with me and return it. Upon arrival they’re in a hurry to return it and get there money, as they’re “spouse or child is waiting in the car”. Mistake #1. You don’t leave a child in the car alone, period. A spouse will either come-in with them, or have no issues waiting a few minutes. They claim the phone is dead and don’t want to wait while I check it. Again, they’re in a hurry. Now upon seeing the phone that was working fine the day before, this one’s dead. I remove the battery cover and now they’re again complaining about being in a hurry.
