Yes mini skirts do tend to ride up if they are tight around your butt, to solve this problem you will have to get a larger size. But is this really a bad thing ? My skirts are very short and they always ride up when I walk, I don’t obsess with my skirt being up and only pull it down when I stand from sitting. I see women all the time wearing mini skirts walking in front of me and constantly reaching back and feeling wear the skirt is. Looks to me like that is too much work and worry about what is showing or not showing. If they are that worried about it then they should just wear a longer skirt.
