I told him to back off in case the car slowed down or had to brake. Before I got the words out, the car slowed down and this trainee SLAMMED on the brakes. I knew immediately we were going to have the worst damage ever. We got to the first stop and the owner met us there. The owner opened up the back of the truck and instantly saw the amount of damage. He actually started yelling at me! Why is there so much breakage? I told him that he was the one who wanted his friend to drive and I had instructed him to drive wisely. The owner made me drive the rest of the day.
