At my IEP meeting they refused to sign because of the school placement. At this meeting, I had less then 5 incidents (all of them nonviolent) and good teacher feedback. My mother asked for a copy of these record and never received them. About a month later school let out, and over the summer we met again to remove me from the school. I had about 30 incidents including one of me lunging at another student. The school board “heavily advised” that I stay in alt Ed. My parents signed me out and I’ve never ran into problems in public school, excluding C-PTSD.
